1.    All applicable taxes associated with this promotion reward are the sole responsibility of the Supervisor. Taxes vary by country; please check your local tax laws.
2.    Qualifiers must be in good standing with the Company.
3.    Qualification will be confirmed at the sole discretion of Herbalife.
4.    Qualifications are open to all Supervisors and above in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Lebanon, Lesotho, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Namibia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Zambia.
5.    Qualifications are based on the achievements of the individual Membership. 
6.    Divorced Members with split IDs may combine 100% of the volume from the original (joint) ID, plus 100% of the volume on their “new” (individual) ID.
7.    Should any of the volume required to qualify for the Herbalife EMEA Active Supervisor Promotion 2017 result in a re-purchase of products by Herbalife, Herbalife reserves the right to cancel the qualification. 
8.    To qualify for the Promotion you need to achieve 2,500 TVP in each of any 3 consecutive months of the Promotion period. 
9.    The qualification period for the 2017 Promotion is November 2016 – December 2017.
10.   To qualify for a Stone in the Promotion you need to have a Downline Supervisor in your Organization who achieves 2500 TVP in each month of the same 3 consecutive months as you. Each Active Supervisor will count as one (1) Stone.
11.   You can qualify for more Stones in the promotion by counting all Downline Supervisors in your Organization, however, in each 3 month period, you will be blocked from counting any Downline once you have achieved a Stone from that leg.  Blocking will be applied at the first Downline Active Supervisor for each 3 month period. 
12.   The Promotion considers your whole Downline Organization until the first Active Supervisor in each leg. 
13.   Supervisors contributing to your Stones can be TAB, as well as non-TAB. 
14.   The recognition in the Promotion will be provided on a yearly basis. Supervisors can start their 2017 qualification from November 2016. Both your Active Supervisor Pin and your Stone Pins will need to be requalified for at the beginning of the 2017 qualification period.
15.   Every qualifier will receive 2 pins – one for the qualifier and one for the spouse.
16.   Only Total Volume Points can be used towards the Active Supervisor Promotion qualification. Your Total Volume is the sum of your Volume achieved as a Fully Qualified Supervisor as well as the Volume achieved at Temp 50% discount as a Qualifying Supervisor.

Qualification: 2,500 Total Volume Points in each of 3 consecutive months.
Qualification period: November  2016 – December 2017 Volume Month

For each Active Supervisor in your Downline, qualified in the same 3 months as yourself, you will be awarded a Stone in your pin! The more Active Supervisors you have the more Stones you will get! Blocking rules apply, please see the below terms and conditions.
