Rules

Retreat qualification requirements to be eligible to attend:
• Open to all President’s Team and Millionaire Team
PLUS any Fully Qualified Supervisors who earn 2,500 R/O in each month for 3 consecutive months from December 2016 through October 2017 Volume Months (cheques paid January to November 2017)
• Qualification period: December 2016 through October 2017 Volume Months (cheques paid January through November 2017)
• Qualifications are based on the achievements of the individual Membership
• Qualifiers must be in good standing with the Company
• Qualification may be confirmed or denied at the sole and absolute discretion of Herbalife
• Passports, Visas, proof of citizenship, expiration date of passport and all other travel documents required for the President’s Team Retreat are the sole responsibility of the qualified Member and not Herbalife
• Should any of the Volume required to qualify result in a re-purchase of products by Herbalife, Herbalife will deduct the cost from the re-purchase amount
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Extenuating circumstances will be looked at case by case
• All applicable taxes associated with this promotion reward are the sole responsibility of the Member. Taxes vary by country; please check your local tax laws.
• Note: A qualified Member is permitted to bring their spouse and/or lifelong partner (such as fiancé/Common law partner/long term girlfriend/boyfriend) to any event they have qualified for, even if that spouse/partner is a non-qualified Member.  If the relationship is not a spouse or lifelong partner, then this individual will NOT be able to attend business Trainings, but only the social events (such as receptions/parties).
• Ticket Rules:
o Only ticket orders placed in the name of the qualified Member will be processed.
o Maximum of two tickets per Member.
o Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
o As this is a business meeting, no children will be permitted in ANY session except nursing mothers with young babies.
o Herbalife may record these events for video, audio, or still images. Purchase of a ticket constitutes consent to the recording and use of your voice and image for use in Herbalife promotional materials worldwide, without compensation and without restriction. Herbalife is not obligated to use any recordings of your voice or image obtained during these events.

Additional Information

The FPTR is open to all President’s Team and Millionaire Team, plus all Supervisors, who earn 2,500 RO in each of 3 consecutive months from December 2016 through October 2017.
