PIN Code Help

Please note that a PIN Code will be required for security verification when contacting Member Services or accessing the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, Kiosk and other applications.

If you would like to change your PIN Code, please login and go to the Change My PIN Code section in My Office - My Profile.

If you are an Herbalife Member and forgot your Member ID, please call Member Relations at 0845 056 0606.
